  • Deployed M365 Active Directory certificate services for self-managed public key infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management.
  • Helped transition mainframe application to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems and enabled scaling to over 2,000 concurrent user sessions.

Educational Institutions

Some recent projects include:

  • Helped a local community college implement change-control processes.
  • Audited existing M365 Active Directory environment and condensed domain controllers to address replication issues.
  • Patched and addressed Linux Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVEs) on Red Hat servers.
  • Created more robust business process automation for importing student transcripts.
  • Created a more robust process for automatically provisioning user accounts.
  • Audited M365 Active Directory environment for inactive user accounts and cleaned up over 140,000 user accounts.

Manufacturing

Some recent projects include:

  • Performed a complete wireless network survey on nearly half a million square feet of manufacturing space.
  • Guided the implementation of wire-feed tracking by working side by side with the software developer to build a system that monitored the feed on welding machines.
  • Bolstered cybersecurity defenses by deploying our comprehensive suite of services (EDR (endpoint detection and response) and MDR (managed detection and response)).
  • Collaborated closely with private equity firm during a pivotal acquisition phase.
  • Collaborated with the ERP vendor to orchestrate and optimize a seamless ERP deployment.
  • Ensured the network was prepared for the implementation of fully autonomous robotic welding machines, alongside the integration of a new, teachable robotic welding machine.

Utilities

Some recent projects include:

  • Performed a penetration test and provided a comprehensive report with recommendations
    to close an enormous number of vulnerabilities.
  • Brought the organization into compliance with energy infrastructure regulations.
  • Located and remediated PII breaches.
  • Migrated all users to Microsoft 365 and implemented Intune to manage PCs.
  • Moved from old-school AT&T IMAP email and increased mailbox sizes by approximately fifty times.
